- Preparation of employment contracts and all documents related to appointment, change and termination of employment relationships
- Preparation of civil contracts, accounts for amounts paid and records
- Calculation and preparation of payrolls and slips
- Preparation and submission of Declaration Form No. 1 and Form No. 6 in the NRA
- Registration of concluded or terminated contracts with the NRA, according to Art. 62 of the Labor Code
- Completing payment orders for insurance contributions and income tax
- Preparation of internal company documentation – internal rules for the salary, orders for secondments, regulations for the internal work order, etc.
- Preparation of records for employees – reports on accrued and used paid annual leave, income certificates, etc.
- Submitting sick sheets, applications and annexes to the NSSI, related to temporary incapacity for work
- Preparation of employee job descriptions
- Establishing and maintaining an electronic archive of payroll files
- Preparation and certification of employment and insurance records of employees
- Preparation and submission of quarterly and annual reports to the NSI, annual declarations under Art. 15 of the Health and Safety at Work Act
- Representation before the competent authorities during inspections and audits
- Consultations on all matters related to payrolls
